Customer's reviews
While attempting to update the OS on my MacBook, the system crashed completely. I initially took it to a local Apple-authorized service provider, where I was advised that a major hardware replacement was required—at an estimated cost of OMR 850.
Through a friend, I was introduced to Scorpion. Admittedly, I was skeptical and had little expectation of a solution. However, I took the view that I had nothing to lose. To my surprise, they diagnosed and resolved the issue—professionally and efficiently—for under OMR 50.
It was not only cost-effective but executed with technical competence and honesty that’s rare to find. I’m genuinely impressed and would confidently recommend Scorpion to anyone in need of support within the iOS/macOS environment.

I had an excellent experience with Scorpion Fix and honestly, it’s one of the best computer repair services I’ve used in Oman. I contacted them using a number I found online and got a very fast response. They asked the right questions to clearly understand the issue and even arranged a driver to collect my laptop from my home in Al Mawaleh, which was a big plus.
The next day, they communicated clearly about the problem and the expected timeline. The repair was completed within a day, and throughout the process their communication was professional and reassuring. The quality of work was excellent.
Their prices might be slightly higher than average, but it’s absolutely worth it for the level of service and quality they provide.
This truly felt like a premium service, and I highly recommend them.

I recently used Scorpion for both hardware and software repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issues.
What stood out to me was their transparency—they clearly explained the problems and provided fair pricing before any work began. The turnaround time was much faster than expected, and my devices are now running smoothly.
Whether it’s a software glitch, hardware failure, or general maintenance, SCORPION is my go-to repair service. Trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused—I highly recommend them to anyone needing tech repairs!
